Last
month, we emailed this out to tens of thousands of people. It's the
essence of why we send young people out on a pilgrimage to find
themselves in Christ. We're banking on the hope that more people like
Brady will "get it." Feel free to share with anyone who might be
interested:
This is from
Brady Denger,
a World Racer who left the country in June for a journey straight into
the heart of life. Read below for a taste of what she's discovering
about herself along the way:
I'm learning that the World Race isn't about
ministry. It isn't about saving orphans in Africa or rescuing young prostitutes
in
Asia. Ministry is a tool or more often a
byproduct of what it's really
about.
The World Race is about saving me.
Saving me from a life of complacency. Saving me from comfort. Saving me from a
life where I fulfilled my dreams but not necessarily God's dreams for
me.
And while the World Race is focusing
on saving me, I'm learning that it's not about me at all. I'm learning that the
world is not about me. Even my own life isn't about me. I'm learning to dream God's
dreams.
Isn't it about time
you learned to dream God's dreams? The World Race takes you on an epic pilgrimage to find out who you really are and who God really is. Now is the time to really
live it.
There are still several open spots left for World
Race January 2008, but they're filling up fast. Take a few minutes and apply now by clicking here for this world missions adventure. Be sure to email this to a friend.
I want to do work for orphans and stay with them whole life. So please give me an opportunity.i spend my remaining life for social services.
