A few missions resources
Some of you want to learn more about missions, but don’t know how. Here are a few links to get you started.
For a good overview, find out where in your area the Perspectives Course is being offered.
If you’re looking to educate yourself more about God’s passion to touch people around the globe: The Caleb Project has some good resources.
If you want a good monthly online missions magazine: Missions Frontiers or Laussane World Pulse.
If you’re looking for a great online resource library on missions: StrategicNetwork.org. Or try Brigada.org.
If you’re looking for further coursework in missions, here’s a list. The Wagner Leadership Institute is another resource.

Another good resource is http://www.MissionsResources.com
thanks, Tony. good additions.
Another great resource is http://www.thetravelingteam.org, especially the 12 Lessons link. These give a great overview of the Biblical Basis of Missions (the thread of God’s heart for the nations from Genesis to Revelation), as well as ways to do strategic missions (focusing on Great Commission completion and unreached people groups).
What a great list!
Two that I would add, but a lot of your readers probably already know of them:
– Operation World – great overview of the world by specific country
– joshuaproject.net – specific info about people groups per country – lots of different ways to ‘slice’ the info
– nationmaster.com – a ridiculous gold mine of valuable statstics per country
– momentum-mag.org – a relatively new magazine devoted to missions
