Today I’m thrilled to launch The Three-Day Listening Prayer Devotional. Since launching The Art of Listening Prayer a decade ago, I wanted to offer a brief primer that can introduce you to the life-changing experience of listening prayer.

The Three-Day Listening Prayer Devotional devotional will help you:
- Hear and interpret what God is saying.
- Learn to ask God questions and listen for his response.
- Seek God’s presence through patience and meditation.
Our God cares about each of us intimately, and he wants more than just a distant relationship. He desires conversation.
We see this in the Bible where he initiated conversation through visions with Daniel, through a rooster with Peter, and through a bush with Moses.
The amazing thing is that he’s still initiating conversations like that with us today. Countless people from all over the world are hearing God speaking today. Some of their stories are in this book. As God speaks to us in powerful ways through scripture, he also reveals his glory and plan when he speaks directly with us.
The question, then, is if God is speaking, what should we do?
Learn to listen.
Listening prayer could change your life if you allow it. The tools and methods you learn in this book will not only help you, but they could help your friends, family, and anyone you share it with.
