Scrambling for Life
Life is hard and can feel overwhelming.
Sometimes in life you’re the snowboarder in this video (watch it – it’s worth the 30 secs), skirting problems.
And sometimes you’re like the bunny, scrambling for your life as circumstances crash around you.
If life seems like an avalanche and you’re the bunny, don’t give up! It may seem impossible, but you can make it. Paul said, “I have learned the secret in being content in any and every situation.”* His secret? He gave his circumstances to God instead of living under them.
Which one are you now – the bunny or the snowboarder?

Yes! That’s us, His precious sheep and He never lets go. Even in the avalanche of life and then there’s the avalanche of His great soothing bubbling Love that comes down and fills us up. Never let God O Great God and We bow our knees to the Father of Mercies from where all good and perfect gifts come down from!
NICE !
So good Seth. We were never meant to be on the sidelines, avoiding the chaos and sometimes pain that comes with participation in life. We have to surrender what we imagine the outcome to be, even if it’s the only thing logical, because we serve the God of the impossible and even when it doesn’t look like we have a shot He is there to coach us and to carry us. He remains our focus.
Thanks, Derek. I imagine life after the race can feel like this sometimes!
