The story of Pastor Walter
If you read Tom Davis’ new book, Scared, you’ll meet a character named “Pastor Walter.” Although “Scared” is a work of fiction, the heroic aspects of the Pastor Walter character are based on one of our Swazi partners. I’ve shared his story in a previous blog, but here it is in video.

Thanks, Seth.
I’m reminded of the fact in reading this about Pastor Walter that the Gospel is really the story of common people doing uncommon things because of the powerful and sometimes mysterious work of an all powerful God.
The obscure sacrifices are what garner God’s attention.
Looking forward to seeing you Thursday and catching up.
Blessings-
Thank you for posting this, Seth. I had watched it a couple of years ago but am glad to be reminded of it. My daughter Anna and her AIM Ambassador team are at Pastor Walter’s Timbutini Carepoint right now ministering and worshipping. I am excited that they will have the influence of such a radical, loving Christian man during these next couple of weeks.
I’m passing this on to the other team parents and friends.
Bless you and all those at AIM for what you’re doing,
Elysa
