Tony Sheng chimed in on my last blog – so I checked out his blog.  That’s what we bloggers do.  He points to another blog that gives eight lessons for aspiring missionaries.  When it began by saying: 1. Skip Bible school; instead learn how to plant churches in real-life, I thought, “this is good stuff!”

  • Seth, you sent us to the blogg on eight points.

I agree in principle with his eight points but I edited #1 and #7

    1. Skip Bible school; instead attend a great university and become an expert in a field that the country needs so that they will ask you to stay after ten years.

    7. Get a great job: Beware of support with strings attached and get a job that pays well based upon your expertise so that you stay financially free to be able to move with God.

I'm motivated to join God in his global reclamation project. He's on the move, setting his sons and daughters free from their places of captivity. And he's partnering with those of us who have been freed to go and free others.
