Hurricane Ian – over 100 dead and $100B in private insurance claims. One of the worst natural disasters of our lifetimes.
People who lost their homes are asking, “Where is God?”
For me, that’s a call to action. The Bible says, “Share your food with the hungry. Invite the homeless poor into your homes.”*
Hurricane Ian is an opportunity for us to join Jesus in loving a hurting world. Specifically, please focus on where you could make a difference for those who are desperate.
Adventures In Missions has staff on the ground in Ft. Myers triaging and meeting needs. We are partnering with Pastor Terry Mobley of Missionary Baptist Church. Please check out the one minute video of Terry and his wife, Sharee, sharing the need below.
You can give directly to helping provide food and shelter, or we make it possible to go (as an individual or as a group) to help. Check out the link here to give or to go.

I'm motivated to join God in his global reclamation project. He's on the move, setting his sons and daughters free from their places of captivity. And he's partnering with those of us who have been freed to go and free others.
